Strategic Capacity Planning in Project Management:
- Capacity Planning for Products and Services, Strategies for Expanding Capacity, and Ways of Defining and Measuring Capacity.
- Determinants of Effective Capacity, Capacity Constraints, and Bottleneck Theory study.
Effective Inventory Management:
- Inventory Management System, its type, importance, commonly used inventories, effective inventory management, and the component of the Inventory Model.
- ABC Analysis, the Category of ABC Analysis, Why it is Critical to Use ABC Analysis for Inventory Management, How to Conduct an ABC Analysis, Major Applications of ABC Analysis, and Future Trends in ABC Analysis.
- Economic Order Quantity Model, Assumptions of EOQ, how to use EOQ in your business, Single Period Model, and Types of Single Period Model.
Concept of Scheduling in Supply Chain Operations:
- Operation Scheduling, its Objectives, functions, and types.
- Approaches to scheduling and Load Work Centres, along with concept and method of sequencing, performance measures, and minimizing scheduling difficulties.
- Theory of Constraints including principles, metrics used, Scheduling Services, Scheduling Multiple Resources, and Time–Cost Trade-Offs.
Project Quality Management System:
- Project Quality Management, its three Processes, Quality Management System's importance, Establishing and Implementing a QMS, and its elements.
- Quality Circle, its characteristics, problems, and phases, along with studying ISO nine thousand or EN twenty-nine thousand, its seven Quality Principles, and most importantly, ISO nine thousand series.
- Total Quality Management, its Principles, Methods, and Steps, along with understanding the Kaizen or Continuous Improvement concept, its types, and Cycle.
